Order Tracking

Track your order progress by entering your order number and postcode. For more information, please contact the customer service team at Roller Blinds Direct.

Order Confirmation

Once payment for your order is confirmed, you will receive a ‘confirmation of order’ email detailing the items you have ordered. Should there be errors with any aspect of the order, please notify us immediately.

The production process can start within two hours of your order being placed and we are sometimes unable to make amends to orders once this process has begun.

Once we have despatched your order, you will receive a ‘confirmation of despatch’ email providing a link to view tracking information.

You can also track your order by entering your order number and delivery postcode below.

Despatch Date

The despatch date of your goods is dependant upon the lead time shown against the product information. Once you order has been despatched you will recieve an email informing you of the tracking id and a link to the tracking information provided by the courier. Please allow 3 Working days for the items to arrive at the shipping address before contacting us.
