Returns Policy

Naturally, we would be dismayed to hear that you are not completely happy with your purchase. But if, for any reason, you wish to return your item to us, we will refund you the full amount you paid for the item, minus the cost of postage. Unfortunately, this guarantee does not include made to measure blinds.

Returns must be made within 30 days of the purchase date and items must be unused and in their original packaging.

When we have received and checked your returned items, then we will be able to authorise a refund to you.


Please note:

Returned items should be posted back to us or sent by carrier.

If you would like us to arrange the collection and use one of our carriers, there will be a charge of £19.99 per parcel. This is the price we are charged by the carriers.

Returns Procedure

  • Contact us should you wish to return any of your items.
  • Please write your order number clearly on the packaging.
  • Items must be returned in suitable packaging to avoid damage whilst in transit.
